Presentation Guidelines

Each presentation is a maximum of 12 minutes per article
- 8 minutes for the presentation
- 4 minutes for Q&A
The presentation slides must be written and presented in English.

For Offline Presenter,
- For offline presenters, only one author is required to attend the conference to present the article.
- Please upload your Presentation slide in PPTX or pdf format through your EDAS pages. Rename the file name using your paper ID (e.g., 1571012345.pptx)

For Online Presenter,
- One of the authors must attend the Zoom virtual meeting. The operators will play your pre-recorded presentation video (8 minutes), and the attending author should be available for the Q&A session (4 minutes).
- The Zoom link for online presenters will be announced and added to EDAS soon.
- Please upload your Presentation slide in pptx or pdf format through your EDAS pages. Rename the file name using your paper ID (e.g., 1571012345.pptx)
- Please upload a pre-recorded presentation video in MP4 format (maximum 8 minutes, maximum 200 MB, ) through your EDAS pages. Rename the file name using your paper ID (e.g., 1571012345.mp4)
- Recording Tools: You may use software like PowerPoint, Zoom, or OBS to record your presentation.
