Prof. Saman Halgamuge
Prof. Saman Halgamuge is a Professor in the School of Electrical, Mechanical and Infrastructure Engineering at the University of Melbourne. He is a Fellow of IEEE, IET, AAIA, and NASSL, and serves as an IEEE Distinguished Lecturer (2024–26) and member of the IEEE Fellow Selection Panel (2024–25). His research focuses on AI and Machine Learning, particularly in socially responsible AI, unsupervised learning, and applications in medicine, mechatronics, and energy. He is listed among the world’s top 2% most cited researchers in AI (Stanford ranking). He has led numerous ARC and NHMRC-funded projects and received research support from Google, the U.S. DoD, MND Foundation, and others. Prof. Halgamuge has delivered keynote addresses at leading conferences, including IEEE PowerCon, AIBC, ICCAE, and IEEM. He maintains active international collaborations and holds honorary positions at universities in Indonesia, Malaysia, China, and Sri Lanka.

Prof. Dr. Ir. Hammam Riza, M.Sc.,IPU.
Hammam Riza received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Indonesia, in 1986, and M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky, USA, in 1991. He completed his doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering from ITB in 1999, with a research program at New Mexico State University, USA. He joined the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT) in 1987, where he served in various leadership roles, including Director of IPTEKnet, Deputy Chairman for Information Technology, Energy and Materials, and later as Chairman of BPPT from 2019 to 2021. He is currently Professor of Artificial Intelligence at Syiah Kuala University and actively involved in the development of AI policies and innovation ecosystems in Indonesia. He also serves as President of KORIKA (Collaborative Research and Industrial Innovation in AI). His research interests include artificial intelligence, natural language processing, e-government systems, and digital transformation.

Dr. Mohd Dilshad Ansari
Dr. Mohd Dilshad Ansari is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at SRM University Delhi-NCR, Sonepat, India. He obtained his Ph.D. and M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat, Solan, HP, India in 2018 and 2011 respectively. He received B.Tech in Information Technology from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow, UP in 2009. He is having more than 13 years of Academic/Research Experience; He has published more than 85 papers in International Journals (SCIE/Scopus) and conferences (IEEE/Springer). His Google scholar citation is 2323 (H-Index 26). He is the Member of various Technical /Professional societies such as IEEE, UACEE and IACSIT. He has been appointed as Editorial/Reviewer Board and Technical Programme Committee member in numerous reputed Journals/Conferences. He is also serving as Associate, Academic and Guest Editor in Reputed Journals and Organized Special Sessions in IEEE/Springer Conferences. He has edited three books (Springer, Wiley-IEEE Press, and CRC-Taylor & Francis) and he has published 2 patents to his credit. His research interest includes Digital & Fuzzy Image Processing, Machine Learning, IoT and Cloud Computing.

Dr. Malka N. Halgamuge
Dr. Malka N. Halgamuge is a Senior Lecturer in Cybersecurity at RMIT University, Melbourne, and currently serves as Chair of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (Victorian Section) and Vice Chair of the IEEE Victorian Section. She obtained her PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from The University of Melbourne, where she also worked as a researcher from 2007 to 2021. Her research has been supported by more than AUD $1.5 million in competitive grants, including funding from the Australian Government through DFAT, the Department of Defence, the Defence Science Institute, ATSE, and the Department of Industry. Before joining RMIT, she was a Senior Lecturer in Cybersecurity at La Trobe University and the Course Coordinator for 43 cybersecurity micro-credential subjects, as well as Program Manager for the Australian Government’s Cyber Security Skills Partnership Innovation Fund ($4.7M). Dr. Halgamuge’s scholarly impact includes over 6,200 citations, an h-index of 40, and an i10-index of 95, with a SciVal Field-Weighted Citation Impact of 1.94.
